Shipping Within India

We currently ship orders within India only.

Processing & Preparation Time

Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days after the order is confirmed.

This time allows us to carefully prepare, quality-check, package, and ready your order for dispatch.

Business days refer to our regular working days and exclude applicable public holidays.

Delivery Time

The 3–5 business days refers to order preparation and dispatch, not the courier's transit time.

Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier, your delivery location, and other factors that may affect transportation.

You will receive shipping and tracking information once your order has been dispatched, where tracking is available.

Handmade Products

AU NATUREL ALCHEMY products are handmade and prepared with care rather than mass-produced.

We believe that taking a little extra time to prepare your order properly is part of the experience of receiving a thoughtfully made product.

During periods of unusually high order volume, launches, festive periods, or circumstances outside our control, processing or delivery may take longer than usual. If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will communicate with you as appropriate.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your name, phone number, complete delivery address, PIN code, and other delivery details are accurate when placing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the delivery address may not be possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or otherwise compromised, please refer to our Return & Refund Policyand contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

For natural products that have been exposed because of damaged packaging, please do not continue using the affected product.
